The FreeTrackerForPackages App (the "App") and www.freetrackerforpackages.com (the “Website”) allows you to track your packages anytime for free. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect via the Website and App. Your use of the Website and App is governed by the FreeTrackerForPackages end user license agreement, which you can find a link to on the bottom of this page.

In our sole discretion, we may update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our privacy practices and/or offerings. If we amend this Privacy Policy, we will update the date that is posted on the bottom of this page. Your continued use of the Website or App after such date signifies your agreement to all modifications made to this Privacy Policy.

The App allows you to track your packages anytime for free. In return for such access, we may deliver third-party content, features and promotions through the App (“Third-Party Content”). Third-Party Content may contain links to websites owned by third parties that are not under the control of FreeTrackerForPackages. FreeTrackerForPackages is not liable or responsible for Third-Party Content or its corresponding websites. Further, FreeTrackerForPackages does not monitor, review, endorse, approve, warrant or make any kind of representations regarding the Third-Party Content or related websites. Your visit to any third-party website is solely at your own risk and subject to the third party's terms and conditions and policies. You should always take reasonable precaution before proceeding with any interaction or transaction with third parties.
5. Cookies, web beacons and log files
By installing and using the App and visiting the Website, you consent to the placement of cookies on your browser in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We may use cookies to help us recognize you, increase security, improve your user experience, measure performance and/or use of the App, serve Third-Party Content and track your disabling preferences with respect to Third-Party Content served through the App. Cookies can be disabled or removed by tools that are available in your applicable browser settings. Each browser has its own preferences and you will need to separately set each cookie setting in each browser.
Web beacons are small graphic images (such as pixel tags and clear GIFs) that we may use for a number of purposes, such as measuring the performance and effectiveness of our content or Third-Party Content. We also utilize other similar technologies that store information on your browser or computer device utilizing local storage or local shared objects, such as HTML 5 cookies, flash cookies and other web application software methods. Further, we collect raw log files which contain user technical data (such as URLs visited and content served) for the limited purposes (in addition to those purposes described above) of correcting and/or improving technical functionality, serving Third-Party Content and maintaining our operations.
6. Children Under 18
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If we determine or are otherwise notified that we have collected information from any user under 18, we will immediately delete all information pertaining to that user as quickly as possible.
7. Security Measures
We have implemented commercially reasonable security measures to prevent unlawful or unauthorized misuse of and access to the information we collect, including technological and physical security measures and procedural safeguards. However, since no security system can be one hundred percent effective, we cannot and do not guarantee the effectiveness of such measures, nor the security of any information we may collect from or about you.

We may disclose information we have collected about you to government authorities (such as law enforcement authorities, courts, or regulators) if they make such a request, or if we are required to do so in order to comply with applicable law. We may also disclose information collected about you in order to exercise or protect our legal rights and/or defend against legal claims.
9. California Privacy Rights
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents may have the right to: (A) access the categories and specific pieces of information FreeTrackerForPackages has collected about you; and (B) delete information FreeTrackerForPackages has collected about you. To exercise your rights, please visit our request page. We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days (or up to 90 days if we inform you of the need for an extension). California residents may also (C) opt out of the “sale” of personal data. Since the CCPA’s definition of the term “sale” is broad, it may include certain activities performed by FreeTrackerForPackages. To exercise this right, please set your preferences here or uninstall the App. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your legal rights.
Under the CCPA, only you or an authorized agent may exercise such rights. Therefore, to verify your identity, you will need to submit certain information on our request page. To verify an agent has been authorized by you, the agent will need to provide your written permission and also submit certain information to verify your identity.
Under California’s Shine the Light Law, you may also request information regarding the disclosure of your information, if any, during the preceding calendar year to third parties for direct marketing purposes
